2. VIP Club Membership & Automatic Renewal Terms

A. Membership Enrollment: By selecting VIP Add to Cart at checkout or otherwise opting into our VIP Club Membership, you agree to enroll in our recurring VIP Club Membership program.

B. Billing & Renewal Frequency: Your VIP Club Membership begins on the date of your initial purchase and automatically renews every 30 days at the recurring rate of $29.99 (plus applicable taxes) per billing cycle until canceled by you.

C. Member Benefits: Active VIP Club members receive:

  • Free standard shipping on all qualifying store orders.
  • Exclusive member-only discounted pricing across all catalog products.
  • Early access to new product drops and seasonal arrivals.

D. Authorization & Payment Method: By enrolling, you authorize House of Bellure to charge your designated payment method automatically every 30 days for the recurring $29.99 membership fee without further authorization prior to each charge.

E. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your VIP Club Membership at any time before your next scheduled billing date to avoid future charges. You can manage and cancel your subscription via your online Customer Account portal or by contacting our customer support team.

F. Refunds & Partial Cycles: Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. If you cancel mid-cycle, your member benefits will remain active until the conclusion of your current 30-day paid period.

3. Product Pricing & Order Modifications

All prices displayed on the website are in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing, adjust product availability, or decline orders at our sole discretion. Standard non-VIP orders do not include VIP member pricing or recurring charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched according to our standard fulfillment schedule. VIP members automatically qualify for free standard shipping at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply to non-VIP orders.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns of unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Membership fees are distinct from product purchase prices and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 2.
